Private lessons are one of the best ways to learn Pilates because there is so much individualized attention. Nicole designs this 50 minute lesson based upon the student's individualized needs and goals, utilizing all of the Gratz classical Pilates apparatus.
The apparatus of Pilates is based on spring resistance which will give you streamlined muscle tone, a stronger core, better flexibility, improved posture, and a whole new body! In addition to being a great way to workout, Pilates is beneficial for injury rehabilitation, pre and postnatal fitness, and getting rid of lower back, hip and neck pain.
